Stupid Internet Explorer

Today, I saw some bloggers have complained about the stupid IE:

-So apparently, this template is all wonky in Explorer on Windows, with text disappearing into the margins etc, even though it looks fine in every other f***king browser. I only discovered this when viewing it from a PC on campus.

-IE suffers quite a bit from the tendency to notify the users of various things via an OK-button-only MessageBox. Even worse, many of those dialogs have clunky messages, no help links, and "Never show me this again" checkboxes.

-Microsoft unvelied today their plans to include anti-malware protection on their IE8 browser.

This should sound like good news but when you give it a little bit more thought, thinkgs are not as pleasing. Let’s begin with that the appreance of such a vast array of malware is probabbly Micorosft’s fault since they have always developed software with incredible security holes and then take enormous amount of time to create patches to fix them.

But as you keep reading this article courtesy of Cnet, you realize that all they are doing is adding more warnings when you try to do stuff. This means that I will have to click twice, three times or even more just to get the computer to download something or to perform an action I want it to do just as they have been doing with Vista.

Seriously Micrososft, coming up with a Security measure that mainly focus on the user clicking on a yes button is pretty lame
-I've had a worse problem than this in the past - with Internet Explorer refusing to load at all on a live web server, as it had been updated and the machine had not been rebooted - rather an issue when most of the monitoring and configuration tools on the server are browser hosted...

So am I,

Having serious problem in IE is not a new topic. I'm so surprise when I saw my layout in IE where firefox doesn't show any problem with that.. Is it because IE cannot support my layout or my layout's html fault?
My layout's left column is totally disappear and all my posts are hide at the down part of my blog.. Are you shy to show off youself?

I need some expert to help me......ahh..so frustrated...

New Dress For Window XP

Are you using window XP?
I found a very interesting stuff which is how to use ScreenSaver as Wallpaper in Windows XP.

Windows Vista has this feature inbuilt called Dreamscene which allows you to use ScreenSaver as Wallpaper. But how to get the same effect in Windows XP? You can get the same effect in Windows XP also with the help of an OpenSource software . The Software’s name is Vital Desktop.
Download it from here (File size 187 KB) and install it.

After Installing there will be an added menu in the Right Click context menu on desktop. Enable it from there.

Also from the same menu click configure to select the desired ScreenSaver. That’s it now you have your ScreenSaver as Wallpaper. Simple and Easy

(If the configuration window doesn’t come up and it doesn’t seem to work then go to C:\Program Files\Vital Desktop and launch VDConfig.exe from there)

You can also download the Windows Vista ScreenSavers from here

These are the screenshots of the Windows Vista Screensavers. Just extract the ScreenSavers right click on them and install them or copy then to C:\Windows folder.

Rendering for competition again?

This is my initial rendering, i think i need to add more detailing in order to enhance the building. Any comment?

My new laptop

Finally, I have my own laptop. Before this, Jimmy accompany with me and went to low yat to do some surveying. Actually, I have no idea how to start and choose the most suitable laptop. Fortunately, Jimmy helps me a lot. Thanks ya..hehe

I search some of the model in the Internet already, i think Dell is my first choice. But, if there is a more suitable brand, then it will become one of my consideration also.

Below are some of the model that I took with my camera during the surveying.....Both of this also not bad but I prefer the Dell inspiron 1420. The spec and the aesthetic value of that model actually almost fulfill my requirement...sounds like doing project. But I'm looking for a wider screen.

Nowadays, everyone can buy a good laptop with a low price.

If I buy this model, it will cost me RM2800.

Finally, I bought my laptop yesterday..Yeah.. This model is Dell inspiron i1525..almost same with inpiron 1420 but with a wider screen and higher spec. Let me introduce my laptop..
Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo (T5750) 2.0 GHz
2Gb RAM
160Gb Hard disk Drive
15.4" screen..haha
Webcam, Bluetooth,DVD RW, Card reader, Wireless, McAfree 15 months, 3 years warrantly, A bag worth RM300, and remote control.

The whole package is RM2999. the most special about Dell laptop is the color of the design and it also can use the mobile phone's sim card to online ( overseas only).

Yea...This is my green apple color laptop. I will bring my laptop to Negeri Sembilan and doing my measure drawing.

This is the design of the keyboard and 15.4" wide screen.

Let me tell you why I choose spring green....
Black: Too bored and normal
White: Too easy to get dirt
Chocolate and Yellow: Out of stock ( So weird....shitty color out of stock)
Dark blue: Same as Black color
Red and Pink: Too sissy...
Spring green: My last choice...Haha...actually no bad la...
